Kurt Florus

Kurt Florus currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Intix since June 2023, and has been the Owner of ARYA BVBA since May 2015. Previously, Kurt held the position of Senior Director of Software Development at Illumina from June 2020 to April 2022, and served as CTO and Board Member at BlueBee, a leading genomics solutions provider, from May 2015 until its acquisition by Illumina. Prior roles include Head of AMH R&D at SWIFT, Head of R&D at Arkelis, Chief Architect and Associate Director at SunGard, Lead Developer at Omicronn / Trax, and Consultant at Capco. Kurt Florus obtained education from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool between 1998 and 2001.
