Brian Friedman

Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at Into The Multiverse

Brian Friedman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brian is currently the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at Into The Multiverse, an education-first ecosystem focused on functional mushrooms. Brian is also the President and Founder of Rolling Thunder Ventures, a startup studio and fund that partners with dreamers to launch modern products and build sustainable brands.

In addition, Brian serves as a Strategic Materials Science Advisor at Whiskers, a premium shoelace company, and as a Strategic Sustainability Advisor at PYM, a company that supports stress and anxiety management with all-natural Mood Chews.

Previously, Brian worked as a Strategic Growth Advisor at CoSell, a partnership collaboration network, and authored a book called "Takeaways: Secret Truths from Leading a Startup." Brian also held executive positions at Stova (formerly Aventri), where they served as Vice President of Digital Innovation and Director of Product.

Before that, Brian was the CEO and Co-Founder of Loopd Inc., which was acquired by Aventri. Brian was also a member of the YEC, a nonprofit membership organization promoting entrepreneurship and helping overcome youth unemployment.

Furthermore, Brian founded a meetup group focused on wearable technology startups, aiming to bring together like-minded individuals in the Bay Area.

Brian Friedman attended Holderness School from 2006 to 2010. Brian then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship at Lehigh University from 2010 to 2019. In 2013, Brian also completed a program at Draper University focusing on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies. Additionally, in 2015, they attended General Assembly for Product Management studies.
