Dr. Christin L. Roberson, Ed.D, serves as the CEO and Career Coach at The Career Doc LLC, specializing in supporting BIPOC professionals and students in integrating their cultural identities with career and leadership development through a strengths-based approach. Additionally, Dr. Roberson works as a Career Transition Coach at INTOO USA, offering comprehensive career coaching and job transition services. Previously, roles included Recruiting Programs Coordinator at Pinterest, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment support focused on inclusion and diversity, and Assistant Director of First-Year Programs at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, overseeing initiatives for incoming undergraduate students. Dr. Roberson holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Azusa Pacific University, a Master’s degree in Educational Organization and Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Alverno College.
