Shady Kandeel

Shady Kandeel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Shady is currently working at Intouch.com as the Head of Engineering, a position they assumed in June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Technical Support Team Lead at Intouch.com from September 2021 to present.

Before joining Intouch.com, Shady worked as a Technical Services Consultant at Upland Software from July 2021 to March 2022.

From July 2020 to June 2021, Shady was employed at ASSET Technology Group, where they held the role of Technical Support Lead. During their tenure, they played a key role in implementing and supporting Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems for various clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. Shady also contributed to the company's strategy by researching and presenting new technologies.

Shady gained experience at Crossover for Work between May 2019 and June 2020, where they served as a Product Knowledge Curator. Shady also held the position of L2 Technical Support Architect from February 2018 to May 2019. Prior to this, Shady worked as a Senior Software Support Engineer at ASSET Technology Group from February 2014 to May 2019. Shady'sresponsibilities included software support on/off-site across multiple countries in the MENA region, as well as software development and server maintenance.

Shady's work experience further includes a role as a Conscript Soldier in the Egyptian Armed Forces from October 2012 to December 2013. Shady also served as a Software Developer & Support at BCH Egypt from June 2009 to October 2012 and as a Product Support Specialist at Hansafx Corporation from January 2010 to June 2012.

Shady Kandeel completed their education in Computer Science at Ain Shams University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a degree classified as "Good." Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they attended B-Karnak Language school and received an American diploma with a grade of 92.7%.
