Gloria Smith began their career at Credit Union of Texas as an Internal Auditor II before moving on to RSM US LLP as an Internal Audit Associate. Gloria then transitioned to Qualtrust Federal Credit Union as an Internal Auditor before joining InTouch Credit Union, where Gloria currently holds the titles of Director of Risk Management, VP Risk Management and Compliance, and Senior Vice President - Chief Retail Branch Operations. Gloria Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Amberton University.
