Tracy Kossler

Tracy Kossler serves as the SVP, Managing Director, and Head of CX at EVERSANA INTOUCH since June 2023, following a tenure as SVP CX Strategy and Discipline Lead at Intouch Group. With extensive experience in customer experience, Tracy previously held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of RM Strategy and Group Director of RM/MCM Strategy at Intouch Solutions. Notable achievements include nominations for Intouch MM&M Women to Watch in 2019, winning the Intouch Hacky Award in 2018, and leading a team of high-performing strategists. Tracy excels in creating omnichannel experiences, collaborating across disciplines, and presenting innovative strategies for business growth, with a strong background in CRM and relationship marketing from previous roles at closerlook, inc., Ansira, and RAPP. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
