Johnnie Davis, P.E., PMP, CCM has over 26 years of diverse work experience in various roles related to construction, project management, and capital program management. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Construction and Maintenance at InTown Suites, where they provide leadership and oversight for construction activities across nearly 200 properties nationwide.

Prior to their current role, Johnnie worked as the Capital Program Director and Deputy Capital Program Director for Fulton County Schools at Jacobs. Johnnie was responsible for managing and directing capital programs and projects.

Before joining Jacobs, Johnnie worked at CH2M HILL as a Capital Program Manager in Fulton County Schools. Johnnie also gained experience as a Senior Manager in Construction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, a Supervisor of Program Controls at Parsons Corporation, and a Manager in Construction Advisory Services at EY.

Additionally, Johnnie has held positions such as Director of Project Controls at CH2M, Supervisor of Capital Project Management at the Lower Colorado River Authority, System Engineer at Applied Materials, and as a Commissioned Officer in Base Civil Engineering in the USAF.

Johnnie Davis, P.E., PMP, CCM completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1991 and 1995. Johnnie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of West Florida - College of Business, graduating between 1997 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, Johnnie holds certifications in various areas, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Certified Construction Manager from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), LEED Green Associate from the Green Business Certification Inc.
