Tekerra Young

Tekerra Young is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various accounting roles since 2005. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Preferred Residential Management, LLC, Tekerra also holds positions as an Accountant at Carroll Organization and a Property Accountant at Wood Partners. Previous roles include Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at Intown Suites, where responsibilities encompassed fixed assets, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheets. Tekerra has also worked as a Tax Accountant handling sales and use taxes and personal property returns, as well as a Payroll Associate managing payroll processing and garnishments. Tekerra is pursuing further education at Georgia State University, building on a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from American InterContinental University and a foundational education from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
