Sheree Rolton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sheree began their career in 1996 at BHP Billiton, where they served as a Manager in the PMO Shared Services & SAP division. Sheree successfully completed a project involving the implementation of global SAP systems and two Shared Service Centers.
In 2002, Sheree joined ANZ, initially in an unspecified role and later held positions such as Head of Planning, Performance & Productivity Asia Pacific Europe & America (APEA), and Head of Enablement Finance Asia Pacific Europe & America (APEA). Sheree managed divisional forecasting, project pipelines, and supported senior executives in decision-making.
At Factor5 Software, Sheree served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, where they played a key role in advising on day-to-day operations, scaling the business, and managing finance, people, and investor relations.
Following their tenure at Factor5 Software, Sheree worked at Novatti Group, assuming the role of CFO and Head of Finance, Banking/ERP Project Manager. During their time there, they contributed to the successful management of finance and banking projects.
In 2017, Sheree joined Australia Post as a Senior Finance Business Partner, where they worked for a year before transitioning to Grameen Australia. At Grameen Australia, they served as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial management and strategy.
Currently, Sheree holds the position of Head of Finance at IntoWork Australia, a role they have held since 2023.
Sheree Rolton's education history includes completing the Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) Australia Program. Sheree also obtained a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree from Charles Sturt University, specializing in Accounting and Business Management. Additionally, they have the certification of Governance Institute Company Secretary from the Governance Institute of Australia, which was obtained in 2021.
