Eric Reding

IT Operations Manager at Intoxalock

Eric Reding has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Eric started their career as a Client Support Specialist II & III at Target in 2001, where they managed the daily operations of the call center and implemented improvements in ticket handling. From 2005 to 2009, Eric worked as an Incident Manager, assessing the impact of technology issues and implementing new processes to increase team efficiency. Eric then transitioned to the role of IT Process Analyst - Job Scheduling Services, providing guidance on batch processing tools and managing day-to-day operations. In 2013, Eric became a Senior IT Service Manager at Target, where they led vendor relationships and participated in sourcing events. Currently, they are the IT Operations Manager at Intoxalock, responsible for managing the Service Desk team and incorporating acquired business customers into the support structure.

Eric Reding completed their bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification in January 2012.
