Kevin Kauffold

Kevin Kauffold has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Kevin is currently employed at Intoxalock as a Senior Mechanical Engineer since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at the same company from October 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Intoxalock, Kevin was a Staff Mechanical Design Engineer at Sandisk | Western Digital from November 2017 to October 2019. Kevin also worked as a Mechanical Designer at Orbital ATK for a brief period in August 2017.

Kevin's earlier experiences include working as a Mechanical Engineer at Illum Technology from September 2016 to August 2017. Kevin also worked at Axus Technology as a Mechanical Engineer, where they designed, programmed, and tested new robotic polishing systems, as well as retrofits for legacy CMP equipment, from July 2015 to August 2016.

In their academic journey, Kevin was a Mechanical Team Member for ASU EcoCAR3 from August 2014 to May 2015. Kevin also studied as a student at Arizona State University (ASU) from August 2013 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Mechanic for himself from May 2010 to May 2015, and as a student at MCC from May 2010 to July 2013.

Kevin's early career began as an HVACR & Appliance Tech at SCRA Southwest Commercial from April 2003 to August 2010.

Kevin Kauffold began their education in 2005 when they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Heat Pump Master Technician from the Electric League Institute of Arizona. In 2010, they attended Mesa Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Engineering. During their time at Mesa Community College, they also completed a Certificate of Completion in Forensic Investigations. Kevin then furthered their education at Arizona State University from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Systems. Additionally, in May 2005, Kevin obtained the EPA Universal Technician certification from the US Environmental Protection Agency.
