Supriyadi Ruslan

Supriyadi Ruslan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as HRBP Senior Manager and Senior Compensation & Benefit Manager at PT Intraco Penta Tbk since February 2017, Supriyadi is also a member of the Remuneration Committee. Previous roles include Compensation & Benefit Manager and Industrial Relation at Bridgestone, HR Services Manager and Compensation & Benefit Manager at General Motors, and similar managerial positions in compensation and benefits at Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials, Sampoerna Telekom, and Air Liquide. Supriyadi began a career in HR as HR Assistant Manager at PT Bank Nusa Nasional and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Universitas Padjadjaran, obtained in 1994.
