Emilie Simard

Emilie Simard is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in utility infrastructure and real estate development. Currently employed at Intracorp Homes since July 2021, Emilie previously held the same position at Charge EPC, where involvement focused on gas and power utility projects. Prior to this, Emilie worked at Morrow Management from March 2014 to March 2020, contributing expertise in dry utility planning and management. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Coordinator at Lennar and Development Consultant at Urban Village. Emilie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Real Estate Development from Chapman University, earned between 2010 and 2012.
