Jessica Fabricant is a seasoned marketing executive with over 29 years of experience in Real Estate Development and Home Building. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Intracorp Homes since July 2017, Jessica has held prominent roles such as Marketing Director for Southern California and previously as Senior Project Director at Focus 360. Notable past positions include Director of Interior Design at Emaar Design Studio, Regional Director of Marketing at Pardee Homes, and Director of Marketing at Taylor Woodrow Homes. Jessica holds a BS in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a certificate in Light Construction Development Management from UC Irvine.
