Kira Guzman

Kira Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Intradiem since July 2013, Kira focuses on maximizing customer value and aligning Intradiem's solutions with client business strategies. Prior to this role, Kira worked at Sprint Nextel in various project/program manager positions, overseeing implementation and strategic projects from May 2007 to July 2013. Kira began the career at Teletech Holdings, Inc. as a Supervisor from 1996 to 1999. Kira's educational background includes studies at the Community College of Aurora.
