Laura Boyette, PHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Laura'smost recent role is as the Director of People at Intradiem, where they focus on resource management activities to support business enablement and creates a people-first and remote-first culture. Prior to Intradiem, Laura worked as an HR Manager at Windham Brannon, where they managed recruiting processes, benefit programs, and DEI initiatives. Laura also coordinated internship programs and campus recruiting events. Before that, Laura was an HR Specialist at Willmer Engineering Inc., where they led the hiring process and managed employee relations, benefits, and training. Laura started their career as an Office Manager at Knetik, Inc., where they organized internal records, conducted hiring and onboarding efforts, and acted as the company bookkeeper. Laura also worked as an Administrative Coordinator at Powell Design Group, Inc., where they coordinated with consultants, managed marketing efforts, and performed administrative tasks. Lastly, they worked at Payless ShoeSource as a Senior Assistant Manager, overseeing store operations and leading the hiring and training of new employees.

Laura Boyette, PHR, SHRM-SCP, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida in 2010.
