Shannon Clodius, CCP, has extensive experience in the field of total rewards and HR systems. Shannon is currently the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Systems at Intrado Life & Safety, where they develop and implements strategic total rewards solutions for the organization. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Total Rewards at Crocs, where they led the implementation of best-in-class total rewards strategies. Shannon Clodius, CCP has a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, which was obtained from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Psychology from Bethany College, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Shannon Clodius also holds a certification as a Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work, obtained in March 2000.
