Shannon Clodius

Shannon Clodius, CCP, has extensive experience in the field of total rewards and HR systems. Shannon is currently the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Systems at Intrado Life & Safety, where they develop and implements strategic total rewards solutions for the organization. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Total Rewards at Crocs, where they led the implementation of best-in-class total rewards strategies. Shannon also strategically led the merger of compensation, benefits, payroll, and expense reimbursement practices and policies at IQNavigator + Beeline.

Earlier in their career, Shannon held managerial positions in compensation at Leprino Foods and Arrow Electronics. Shannon also worked as a Project Manager at Effective Compensation, Inc., where they managed client projects and developed compensation plans for diverse industries. Additionally, they served as a Compensation Analyst and Benefits Administrator at HR Source, Inc., and as a Human Resources Specialist at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and the Colorado State Department of Personnel.

Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated expertise in compensation program development, market data analysis, incentive plan design, and job evaluation. Shannon has successfully implemented various compensation and benefits initiatives and has provided strategic guidance to support business objectives.

Shannon Clodius, CCP has a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, which was obtained from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Psychology from Bethany College, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Shannon Clodius also holds a certification as a Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work, obtained in March 2000.
