Anup Nair is the Chief Information Officer at [Intrado](/org/intrado). Anup has held this position since March of 2018.

Before joining [Intrado](/org/intrado), Nair served as the Chief Information Officer at Vantiv from April 2013 to March 2018. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Card Issuing Platforms at Barclays Bank from July 2007 to March 2013. Nair began their career in January of 2000 as an Executive Director at [Morgan Stanley](/org/morgan-stanley), before moving to Citibank in January of 1998 as a Technology Manager.

Anup Nair reports to John Shlonsky, CEO, President. They are on a team with Lou Brucculeri - EVP, General Counsel, Louis Brucculeri - EVP, General Counsel, and Ben Chodor - President, Digital Media.

Jeff Robertson is the current President of Life & Safety at [Intrado](/org/intrado). Prior to this, they were the SVP / General Manager Public Safety at [RapidSOS](/org/rapidsos) from March 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they led [RapidSOS](/org/rapidsos)' public safety strategies and relationships with 911, 112, 999 and other emergency dispatch centers worldwide. Jeff has also offered technology solutions to improve emergency dispatch and positive outcomes to emergencies of all types.

From March 2017 to March 2018, Robertson was the Chief Executive Officer at Airbus DS Communications. Jeff led the leading 9-1-1 solution provider with a strong team in all aspects of the business; finance, sales / marketing, product, engineering. Jeff successfully divested the public safety division with [Motorola Solutions](/org/motorola-solutions) in 2018.

Robertson was also the Vice President & General Manager Public Safety at Intergraph from May 2008 to December 2010. After that, they became the President and Managing Partner at Ten Eight Solutions / Robertson & Associates from January 2011 to March 2017. Jeff's final previous position was as the Executive Director at 9-1-1 Industry Alliance from February 2007 to July 2009.

Jeff Robertson attended The Wharton School for business and then [Ryerson University](/org/ryerson-university) for an undergraduate degree in telecommunications management. Jeff now works in executive leadership and management for a business.
