Andrea Carballido has diverse work experience in customer service and content creation. Andrea Carballido - started their career as an Intern Flexible Material Buyer at Danone Dairy in 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Trainee HR Learning, managing employee training courses and coordinating corporate inductions. Andrea Carballido - also contributed to the improvement of HR processes and supported IT and Purchasing departments.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Dish Campaign at TTEC. Their responsibilities included providing customer support to Dish Network customers.

Most recently, Andrea joined IntraEdge in 2020, serving as a Global Program Coordinator LATAM onsite at Facebook. Andrea Carballido - provided proctoring and troubleshooting support for Facebook's Blueprint Certification program, as well as coordinated and delivered online programs for various projects.

Andrea Carballido completed their education in the field of Business Administration and Management. Andrea Carballido - attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2006 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
