Vibhu Dixit

Vibhu Dixit has a extensive background in Splunk development and administration. Vibhu started their career as a Senior Analyst at Capgemini India Private Limited, where they worked as a Splunk Analyst and Support Engineer for Cisco BCI. Vibhu handled customer support, ticket updates, and issue analysis using Service Now as an ITSM tool. Vibhu also assisted customers with SPL problems and use cases. Later, they became an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, focusing on Splunk development and administration for the Cisco CMS client. Vibhu wrote SPL searches to help customers obtain desired outcomes from their data and manipulated events data to mask/filter sensitive information. Vibhu created Splunk dashboards to monitor server CPU, memory, and storage trends and detect system anomalies. Most recently, Vibhu worked as an Associate Software Engineer at SP6, building Splunk knowledge objects, reports, alerts, and dashboards for the flagship CMMC app. Vibhu also built UI and backend scripts on Python for CMMC and created add-ons on Splunk to fetch data. Vibhu will soon be joining IntraEdge as a Splunk Developer.

Vibhu Dixit completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade in Computer Science from the Central Board of Secondary Education in 2012 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Vibhu Dixit has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they obtained the Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin and Splunk Core Certified Power User certifications from Splunk. Vibhu also obtained the AWS Certified Security - Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2022. In 2020, they achieved the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from AWS, although the specific month is unknown.
