Greg Sutch has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Greg began their career at the Royal Air Force (RAF), serving in the Yorkshire Universities' Air Squadron from 1990 to 1992. Greg then worked as a Coordinator for International Relations at the Toyama Prefectural Government from 1993 to 1995, where they managed international exchange programs and provided support to Assistant Language Teachers. Greg joined Japan Airlines in 1996 as a Sales Manager for a brief period.
Moving on, Greg joined Intralink in 1997, initially as General Manager in Japan, where they played a significant role in expanding the office and leading major client initiatives. Greg then became the General Manager in China from 2005 to 2008, leading the growth of the operation and helping clients navigate the expanding Chinese market. Greg later served as Group COO and eventually took on the position of CEO at Intralink, overseeing a team of 80 employees across multiple offices worldwide and driving business growth for clients.

Greg Sutch completed their Bachelor of Arts Dual Honours degree in Japanese and Geography at The University of Sheffield from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Downside School from 1983 to 1988. Before their secondary education, Greg attended St Richard's School in Bredenbury Court, Herefordshire from 1978 to 1983.
