Calyn Roland

Calyn Roland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Calyn currently works at IntraNerve Neuroscience as the Operations Lead Coordinator. Prior to this, they were employed at iTAN Sun Spray Spa as the Assistant Salon Director, where they managed daily operations and conducted equipment and facility walkthroughs. Calyn also worked as a Business Manager at Massage Envy, overseeing administrative tasks, customer service, and employee management. Calyn's earlier experiences include roles as an Operations Manager and Assistant Manager at SONIC Drive-In, where they handled scheduling, budgeting, training, and hiring. Calyn began their career at Marine Corps Recruiting as a Warehouseman/Forklift Operator, demonstrating proficiency in procurement, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and hazardous materials handling.

Calyn Roland has a diverse education history. From 2016 to 2021, Calyn obtained a Medical Assistant certification from UEI College, followed by a Certified Professional Medical Coder certification from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In 2018, Calyn enrolled at the University of Phoenix and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2022. From 2022 to 2024, Calyn pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, both from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, throughout the years, Calyn obtained various certifications in collaboration, communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and inclusive leadership from the University of Phoenix and Sophia Learning.
