Lucy Pollard

Lucy Pollard is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in user experience consulting and creative direction. As the Owner and Creative Director of OTOCH since October 2019, Lucy has led an artisanal boutique specializing in jewelry and accessories. Concurrently, Lucy serves as a Senior User Experience Consultant at INTRASOFT International, focusing on European Union Digital Transformation Projects. Previous roles include User Experience Consultant at the University of Bristol, Service Designer at Tesco, and User Experience Specialist at bp, among others. Lucy’s educational background includes a BA Honours in History from The London School of Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Periodical Journalism from the University of the Arts London.
