Jacob Neil

Jacob Neil is a volume housing manager at Intrax. Jacob has also worked as a graduate engineer and junior project manager at City of Monash, where they were actively involved in project management of old and new council assets to ensure projects were timely achieved and within allocated budget.

Jacob has extensive experience in preparing official documentation for project management from conception to completion, as well as liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, engineers, inter-departmental staff and residents. Jacob is also skilled in preparing professional documentation in the forms of recommendation reports, tender reports, memorandums, proposals and budgeting advice.

Under Jacob's management, numerous projects have been successfully completed on time and within budget. Jacob is also experienced in contract administration, record keeping and financial management.

Jacob Neil has a Bachelor's of Engineering (Architectural Engineering) from Victoria University and a Master of Engineering Structures from the University of Melbourne. Jacob is also certified from the Business Licensing Authority as a Professional Engineer (PE), from Engineers Australia as a National Engineering Register, from The Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), and from the Victorian Building Authority as a Building Practitioner - Engineer (Civil).
