About the Role

Intrepid, a leading eCommerce enabler in Southeast Asia, is looking for a detail-oriented Livestream Lead to manage the execution of livestreaming campaigns and drive results for our clients. This role focuses on implementing livestream plans, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring KPIs are met across platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  1. Livestream Execution and Coordination
    • Execute livestream strategies as planned by the Livestream Manager, ensuring seamless implementation.
    • Manage livestream schedules for assigned campaigns, ensuring alignment with promotional calendars and shopping events.
    • Coordinate with hosts, moderators, and production teams to deliver high-quality livestream sessions.
  2. Operational Management
    • Monitor livestream sessions in real time, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.
    • Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates on inventory and promotional activities.
    • Optimize the technical setup for livestreams, including equipment and platform configurations.
  3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track key performance metrics such as Enter Room Rate, engagement rate, and GMV for each livestream.
    • Provide detailed post-livestream reports to the Livestream Manager, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Implement feedback from performance reviews to continuously enhance livestream results.
  4. Team Collaboration and Support
    • Work closely with livestream hosts and moderators, providing guidance to ensure alignment with client objectives.
    • Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new hosts and moderators.
    • Assist the Livestream Manager in mentoring the team on best practices and operational standards.
  5. Client and Platform Liaison
    • Communicate updates and insights to the Livestream Manager to share with clients and stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with platform representatives to stay informed about new features, updates, and compliance requirements.

Who do we look for - The Ideal Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 2-3 years of experience in live commerce, eCommerce, or event management.
    • Hands-on experience managing livestream sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.
    • Proven ability to deliver on performance KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of live commerce tools and platforms.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented approach.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and interpret livestream performance metrics.

  • Problem-solving skills to address real-time issues during livestreams.

  • Passion for eCommerce and eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
