Kimberly Foster

Ms. Foster has over 25 years of experience leading high-performing HR teams across a wide spectrum of industries including 7 years in the Gov-Con space. She joined the Intrepid team in June of 2020 and currently serves as the company’s Director of Human Resources, responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s human capital strategy and supporting the growing workforce. During her career, she has focused on designing and implementing strategic people-related initiatives; including culture building, talent engagement strategy, total rewards, performance management, employee wellness initiatives, and professional development and training.

She began her Government Contracting career with AT-Solutions, now PAE/Amentum, and furthered her HR career in roles outside of the Gov-Con space including her time as the Director of Human Resources at Encompass Health which both saw transformational growth during her tenure.

Ms. Foster earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina @ Wilmington with continued graduate studies. She is an active Society of Human Resources Member (SHRM) and volunteers as an SHRM knowledge advisor, as time permits. She also has achieved the designations of SHRM-CP (SHRM-Certified Professional), PHR (Professional in Human Resources), and CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional).
