Katie Dance

Katie Dance has extensive experience in business transformation and strategy, currently serving as General Manager of Business Transformation + Strategy (Technology) at Intrepid Travel since July 2015. In this role, Katie leads programs focused on strategic Information Systems and Applications (ISA) and Business Process Improvement (BPI), driving significant organizational change. Previously at PEAK Adventure Travel from 2007 to June 2015, Katie held multiple positions including Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing ISA and BPI projects, and acting as a liaison among stakeholders. Katie's education includes a Master of Technology (Business Systems) and a Graduate Certificate of Technology (Business Systems) from Swinburne University of Technology.
