Brahayam Ponton

Brahayam Ponton started working as an Algorithm Developer for Environment Perception at Ibeo Automotive Systems GmbH in January 2020. Brahayam held this role until July 2022. In September 2022, they joined Intrinsic as a Robotics Software Engineer, and they are currently in this position.

Brahayam Ponton began their education journey in 2005 at Escuela Politécnica Nacional, where they pursued and completed their Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. After this, from 2012 to 2014, Ponton attended ETH Zürich, earning their Master of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Following that, from 2014 to 2019, they enrolled at the University of Tübingen, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science. In 2019, Ponton joined the Max Planck Society for a postgraduate degree, though the specific field of study is not provided.
