Romina (Peccia) Nehme has extensive experience in the field of HR and People Operations. Romina is currently the Head of People at Intrinsic, a role they began in March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Employee Experience at CircleCI from September 2020 to February 2021, where they led various initiatives such as the implementation of a performance evaluation system and the development of a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging framework.

Earlier in their career, Romina worked as a Recruiter and HR Generalist for the Engineering organization at Deimos Space S.L. Romina also gained experience as an Intern/Stagiaire at the DG Employment of the European Commission.

Throughout their career, Romina has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, HR strategy, organizational design, and diversity and inclusion. Romina has successfully led teams and implemented programs to support company growth and create a positive employee experience.
