Suraj Shah

Suraj Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Suraj currently serves as the Lead Data Scientist at Intriva Capital, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, Suraj worked at Citi as the Vice President of AI Research at the London Innovation Lab from September 2019 to June 2023. In this role, they conducted AI research and built models for various projects, including deep learning for market forecasting and reinforcement learning for portfolio construction, among others. Before joining Citi, Suraj worked at Deloitte as a Management Consultant from September 2016 to September 2018 and at Oliver Wyman as a Consultant from January 2015 to July 2016.

Suraj Shah completed a Bachelor of Science Hons (BSc Hons) degree in Actuarial Science from Bayes Business School in the years 2010 to 2014. In the year 2018 to 2019, they pursued an MSc in Data Science from the University of Bath.
