Viktoria Tuneva is currently the Head of Customer Success at Execweb. Previously, Viktoria worked as a PR Manager at Varenna Fashion and as a Business Development Manager at ICAST. Viktoria holds a Master's degree in Brand Management & Communication from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Art from The University of Manchester. Viktoria has experience in developing marketing strategies, customer journey analysis, and building awareness campaigns.
