Mike Jarrett

Mike Jarrett has a wealth of work experience in the software engineering and security engineering fields. Mike began their career in 2001 as a Helpdesk Technician at Western Michigan University. Mike then moved on to become a Double Agent at Best Buy in 2002. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Study Abroad Assistant at Michigan State University. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at JustAddRed, and as a Support Specialist at AST Language Services. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Technical Lead, Senior Software Developer, and Python Developer at Hogarth Worldwide. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Software Engineer and Senior Security Engineer at ComplyAdvantage. Finally, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Intruder since 2022.

Mike Jarrett has a diverse educational background. Mike obtained an MSc in Computer Science - Information Technology from the University of Nottingham in 2011. Prior to that, they completed a B.S. in Media & Communication Technology from Michigan State University in 2010. During their time at Michigan State University, they also completed a study abroad program in History, Arts & Humanities; British History, Culture, Art History. Additionally, they have completed coursework in History at the University of London. In March 2020, they obtained a Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) from the Cloud Security Alliance.
