Chris Collins

Chris Collins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Chris started their career at Sitel in 1997 as a Management Consultant and worked there for 8 years. Later, they joined Tailormade Consulting as a Director from 2005 to 2009. Chris then moved to 1st Credit and served as the Head of Human Resources for 5 years, followed by the role of HR & Conduct Risk Director from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Intrum, starting as the HR and Customer Experience Director (UK&I) until 2021. Chris then held the position of Global Head of Change Leadership from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Global Markets & Operations HR Director at Intrum starting from 2022. Additionally, they will take on the role of Human Resources Director (UK & Middle Europe) from 2023 onwards.

Chris Collins holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Roehampton.
