Patrizia Baretta

Patrizia Baretta is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Intrum since February 2024, Patrizia previously held significant roles at Nexi Group, including HR Director for Region Italy and Head of People Management from January 2022 to February 2024. Prior to that, Patrizia spent nearly two decades at SIA S.p.A., where responsibilities included overseeing HR Business Partner functions and managing HR services for multiple subsidiaries.
