Sarah Decker

Sarah Decker serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at McAfee, with prior roles as Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Global Head of Litigation, Privacy, and Labor & Employment. Before McAfee, Sarah held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at STMicroelectronics and was a Senior Attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Sarah began their legal career as an intern for Judge Barbara M.G. Lynn in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Educationally, Sarah earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from Arizona State University.
