Vincent Encontre

Vincent Encontre has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1985 at Philips TRT as a Member of the Engineering Staff. In 1988, they began working at Verilog, first as a Product Manager and then as a Dev Manager. In 1996, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Verilog, Inc, where they managed 13 employees across the East/West Coast and Central US. In 1999, they moved to Verilog as the VP of Marketing. In 2000, they joined ATTOL Testware as the VP of Marketing. From 2001-2003, they worked at Rational Software as the Sr. Manager of Software Quality Product Management. At IBM Rational, they held the roles of IBM Rational M&A Manager and Program Director of Product Strategy. In 2015, they began working at Google LaunchPad as a Product Strategy Mentor, and from 2006-2015, they were the COO and CEO of Intuiface, where they co-led the growth of the company after raising $3.7M in Series A funding and built a Freemium-based Inbound Marketing sales machine to get to $2M+ ARR.

Vincent Encontre obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from ESME between 1979 and 1984.
