Katie Bailey

Katie Bailey currently serves as the Director of Sustainability at Intuit Dome, having previously held the position of Management Analyst II for Sustainability & Public Art with the City of Rancho Cucamonga. In this role, Katie was instrumental in advancing climate adaptation efforts and deploying climate-resilient infrastructure as part of the City's Climate Action Plan. Prior experience includes being the Nike Direct Sustainability Lead at Apex Systems, where strategic planning for sustainability initiatives was a key focus, and serving as Sustainability Operations Manager for the Portland Trail Blazers. Earlier positions at AEG involved managing environmental sustainability projects and initiatives, as well as corporate partnership activations. Katie's career began with the Anaheim Ducks as an Activation Coordinator for Corporate Partnerships and a Marketing Intern with Angels Baseball. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Major from Northern Arizona University.
