Aly Thomson

Aly Thomson, CPA, EMBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Aly began their career as an intern at Moss Adams LLP in 2008. Aly then worked as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, Aly joined Eide Bailly LLP as an Audit Manager, where they stayed until 2015. During their time at Eide Bailly LLP, they gained significant experience in auditing. In 2015, Aly transitioned to TSheets as the Accounting Controller. In this role, they managed various financial functions including payroll, financial reporting, and budget preparation. Aly also played a key role in the company's integration with Intuit, Inc. In 2018, Aly joined Intuit as a Principal Accountant, where they managed the financial statement close process and later served as the Internal Audit Manager. Aly's work experience demonstrates their expertise in accounting and auditing, as well as their ability to handle post-acquisition integration and manage cross-functional projects.

Aly Thomson, CPA, EMBA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Idaho, obtained in 2008. In 2010, they became a Certified Public Accountant through the Idaho State Board of Accountancy. In 2014, Aly completed the High Impact Presentations certification from Dale Carnegie Training. Recently, in 2022, they obtained an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
