Christen Nino de Guzman

Christen Nino De Guzman is a seasoned professional in creator collaboration and community development, currently serving as the Founder of Clara, which supports a community of 30,000 creators. Additional roles include serving on the Intuit Small Business Council and acting as an advisor for Match’s Advocacy Council and Crater’s creator network. Christen is also a Judge for the Shorty Awards and has held various influential positions at TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram, contributing to significant programs such as the #LearnOnTikTok initiative and the Latinx Creatives Incubator. Christen's expertise encompasses strategic management of content creators, program development, and marketing initiatives.
