Daisy Grewal

Daisy Grewal is a seasoned professional in people analytics and research, currently serving as Senior Manager of People Insights at Intuit since August 2019. In this role, Daisy leads a team that advises HR and business leaders on data-driven strategies. Formerly, Daisy established Intuit's first dedicated people research team and conducted significant studies on organizational behavior and team dynamics. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Evaluation at Stanford University, where Daisy managed research initiatives to enhance undergraduate education, and as a research scientist involved in a major study to improve the retention of women scientists. Daisy's early career includes program evaluation work at Stanford Hospitals & Clinics and the School of Medicine. Daisy holds a PhD in Social and Personality Psychology from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA.
