Tia Krupa

Tia Krupa has extensive work experience in various design and leadership roles. Tia is currently working as a Principal Product Designer at Intuit, where they lead the user experience (UX) in critical areas of the Tax business. In this role, they collaborate with various teams and manages the design system and team. Prior to this, Tia held the position of VP of Experience at Slide UX, where they oversaw a team of 12 and ensured the quality of work across the company. Tia also served as a Managing Director, leading end-to-end UX processes for mid-enterprise level clients. Tia has also worked at Intuit as a Social Experiences UX Designer/Strategist, focusing on improving the customer experience and promoting TurboTax. Tia previously served as the Interim Creative Director at PIRCH, overseeing the customer experience and collaborating on rebranding projects. Tia has also held roles as a Creative Director at Infantino, Senior Art Director at FTD Companies, and Senior Designer at MeringCarson. Tia'sexperience spans a variety of industries and design disciplines.

Tia Krupa attended Governor Mifflin High School from an unknown start date until 2000, where they studied Art, Architecture, and Interior Design. Tia then enrolled at Philadelphia University from 2000 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design Communications.
