Business Analyst

Join us as a Medior Business Analyst!

Your future tasks:

• Mapping customer needs in the sales process, advising on digital strategy and product development, designing product concepts.

• Structuring ongoing projects, assessing business needs, defining development directions, outlining software business specifications (technical aspects are handled by IT professionals, no need to worry).

• Coordinating projects: you don't need to deeply understand the technologies, but you should be able to ask relevant business questions.

• Providing a comprehensive overview of project progress, obstacles, their causes, key issues, and proposed solutions.

• Close collaboration with the developers working on the project.

What we expect from You:

• Have at least 2 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment or in a banking environment

• Completed a bachelor's degree at university.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Interest in emerging technologies and trending areas.

• Experience in developing product concepts and a consulting background is an advantage.

• Motivation to enthusiastically engage in new projects and a willingness to develop professionally.

• Be proficient in Hungarian, as this is the language of our internal communication

• Be at least intermediate in English, as we have international clients as well
