Brent Mathews is an experienced Simulation Software Developer at Intuitive Machines since January 2022, where contributions include modeling and simulating the NOVA-C Lunar Lander and Axiom's future Space Station using a NASA Trick Simulation environment. Previously, Brent served as a Command & Data Handling Engineer at Barrios Technology, LTD, supporting Boeing on the ISS program and developing tools for network analysis. As an Aerospace Engineering Consultant at SimDynamX, Brent led the development of mathematical modeling for a Quantitative Risk Assessment hazards tool in the Aerospace Industry. Brent also has teaching experience, having taught junior and senior-level science subjects, including Astronomy and Physics, at Fort Bend ISD. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, both from Texas A&M University.
