Joshua Barrera

Joshua Barrera currently serves as Testbed Subsystem Lead, Software/Avionics Engineer, and previously as an Engineering Intern at Intuitive Machines since November 2019. Prior to this role, Joshua contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from October 2017 to May 2021, working on Numerical Relativity research alongside faculty, utilizing high-performance computing to address non-linear differential equations. Additionally, Joshua has experience as a Physics and Mathematics Tutor, providing support in a range of courses from College Algebra to Advanced Physics topics. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Physics with a focus on Numerical Relativity and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, both from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
