Cory Balliet

Cory Balliet is currently the Vice President of Corporate Law and Governance at Intuitive, starting in March 2023. Prior to this role, Cory served as Global Head of Legal for Mergers & Acquisitions at Olympus Corporation from September 2010 to March 2023, overseeing legal teams in corporate governance and business development, while also acting as the primary counsel for various corporate matters and leading compliance initiatives. Earlier in Cory's career, positions included Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary, as well as Associate Counsel at Norris McLaughlin. Cory holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
