Fraser Donaldson

Fraser Donaldson is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer experience, marketing, and operations within the medical and diagnostics sectors. Currently serving as VP Customer Experience and Service EMEAI at Intuitive since March 2019, Fraser has previously held significant roles at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where as VP Customer Operations for Europe, Fraser achieved substantial growth in operating profit. Prior experience at Johnson & Johnson includes Vice President Marketing Neuro EMEA, where Fraser oversaw the integration of Synthes and DePuy, and roles as General Manager and Division Director for various territories, focusing on sales and marketing in the Benelux region and Ethicon Endosurgery. Fraser holds an Executive MBA from IMD and a BSc in Immunology from the University of Glasgow.
