Previously, Jeff Tessier served as Vice President of Division Operations at Stryker, overseeing significant operations with over 1,000 employees across various global locations and achieving record production yields, low injury rates, and high productivity. Jeff Tessier’s career also includes roles in quality assurance and operations management, where numerous accolades for team engagement and product performance were achieved. Educational credentials include participation in the Global Leadership Program at Harvard University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Université Laval, complemented by additional leadership training at the Texas McCombs School of Business.
