Megan Gage

Megan Gage is a seasoned professional in global talent management and development with over a decade of experience at Intuitive, where Megan currently serves as Director of Global Talent Management. In this role, Megan leads the design of talent programs and strategic planning, effectively integrating cross-functional data and innovative technologies. Prior positions include Senior Manager of Global Talent Development and Manager of Employee Development, where Megan spearheaded leadership programs and redesigned onboarding initiatives. Additionally, Megan has contributed to various initiatives within the talent development community, including membership in the Talent Development Think Tank and participation in women’s leadership programs. With a background that includes roles in learning and development at Novellus Systems and Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Oregon and has studied internationally at Murdoch University.
