Richard Sung

Richard Sung is an experienced tax professional with a robust background in international tax and planning. Richard has held significant positions, including Director of Tax Planning at Intuitive and Senior Director Tax Counsel at VMware, where responsibilities included overseeing international tax matters and mergers and acquisitions. Prior roles also include Director of Tax at Riverbed Technology and International Tax Counsel at Apple Inc., as well as a Business Development Manager focusing on iTunes & App Store Global Payments at Apple. Richard holds an M.T. in Taxation from the University of Denver and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, completed between 1996 and 1999.
