Director Customer Experience at Intuity Medical

Kim Panos has worked in the medical industry since 1980. Kim began their career as a Sales Representative at Sandoz in 1980, then worked as a Western Region Sales Manager at Covidien (formerly Tyco Healthcare and Kendall Healthcare) from 1983 to 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they were the Manager of Technical Support Operations at Abbott Laboratories. Kim then worked as the Director of Technical Support Operations at Hospira from 2004 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Director of Client Support Services at Hospira, a Pfizer Company. Since 2017, they have been the Director of Customer Experience at ICU Medical. In 2019, they began working as the Director of Customer Experience at Intuity Medical, Inc.

Kim Panos received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Chemistry from the University of San Diego College of Arts and Sciences in 1980, after attending from 1976-1980. Kim then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
